Rachel Murphy has expressed deep concern over the traumatic experience his five-pound dog, Toto , went through last weekend. According to Rachel , a groomer allegedly taped Toto r's mouth shut after being bitten, resulting in the dog being bloody and distressed.

Rachel said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I first thought was tape turned out not to be a muzzle. Toto r’s paws appeared to be red and inflicted with injuries. The toenails had been cut too near to the paw which probably triggered his biting response."

Rachel took Toto immediately to the vet for immediate medical attention. He has accused Wow! My Dog of animal abuse, joining numerous others who have made similar allegations. San Mateo has launched an investigation to determine if the company is guilty of animal cruelty.

Rachel explained the injuries that he saw, saying, "I observed wounds around the neck and genital region." The wounds were so severe they caused bleeding."

Marianna De las Vegas - a Wow! My Dog client - posted a Yelp comment detailing how his pets had been returned to him unwell or injure. Another customer took a Snapchat of a dog appearing to be in pain. They claimed that a groomer inserted an ear napkin by force.

Wow! My Dog wants its customers to understand what their groomer said to him. After all, they trusted this person with the care of their animals. Rachel revealed, "Juliann informed that it was acceptable to tape the mouth closed, and that it's preferable to using muzzles, which he believed could be harmful to dogs. He said that he uses the method himself on his dogs.

Gate News contacted Wow! My Dog who answered it but handed it off to a woman, who informed her that she was investigating the allegations. She quickly responded that Wow! My Dog was a here separate company when asked about it, and abruptly ended the call.
